Our downsizing experts not only help you manage all the steps of downsizing, from the logistics of picking and choosing which items to keep or get rid of to navigating the emotional upheaval from the downsizing process.
Virtual Organization Consultation
With this comprehensive consultation, we’ll get to know you personally to understand your unique organizing needs. Then, you’ll receive a customized plan for decluttering and organizing your home, which will include helpful resources and product recommendations.
90-Minute Downsizing Consultation for Moving with Certified Downsizing Coach from the Seniors Real Estate Institute
This 1.5-hour consultation begins with a tour of your home to understand and develop a downsizing plan and timeline, specific for you.
From there, we’ll work together to determine which items to improve, update, and/or correct before selling your home. Additionally, we’ll review which items to keep or donate prior to your move.
90-Minute Organization Consultation
Starting with a tour of your home, we’ll take a close look at your specific areas of concern. All the while, we’ll get to know you and your home, as well as how you prefer to organize.
Then, we’ll help you prioritize where to start, giving you a sense of responsibility, but removing the overwhelm. By understanding the goals and desires for your home, we’ll custom-tailor a plan that makes sense for you.
